Founded in 1995, AUTOSEGURO was born with a clear mission: to revolutionize the concept of vehicle security in Argentina. We started as a small workshop specializing in armor applications and, thanks to our dedication to quality and innovation, we have grown to become market leaders.

What materials do you use to armor a vehicle?
The materials we use include ballistic steel, aramid fibers like Kevlar, Dyneema, and other high-density polymers. These materials offer different levels of resistance and weight, adapting to the specific needs of protection.
How much does a complete armor weigh?
The vehicle increases its weight between 80 and 160 kilograms, depending on the level of armor requested by the client.
How long does the vehicle armoring process take?
Installation time varies depending on the level of protection and the type of vehicle. A complete armor can take between 30 and 45 business days, while the installation of anti-assault systems can be completed in 10-15 business days depending on the product in question.
Does armoring affect vehicle performance?
Complete armor can add between 80 and 160 kilograms to the weight of the vehicle depending on the level of protection, which can slightly affect acceleration and fuel consumption. Our engineers perform modifications to suspension, brakes and, in necessary cases, engine power to compensate for this additional weight.
What maintenance does an armored vehicle require?
Armored vehicles require regular maintenance recommended by the manufacturer, plus some specific armor checks. We recommend an annual inspection of ballistic protection components, a semi-annual check of window and door mechanisms, and maintenance of the run-flat tire system every 30,000 km. We offer comprehensive maintenance plans for all our clients.
How does the Run-Flat tire protection system work?
Our Run-Flat system allows you to continue driving up to 80km at a speed of 80km/h after a puncture or ballistic impact. It consists of an internal ring of high resistance that supports the weight of the vehicle when the tire loses pressure, maintaining stability and control. It is an essential technology for emergency situations, allowing you to move away from danger zones even with compromised tires.
Does Antiage paint protection affect the original color of the vehicle?
No, our Antiage paint protection is completely transparent and does not alter the original color or shine of the vehicle. In fact, it improves the appearance of the paint by providing greater depth and shine. The nanotechnological treatment creates an invisible protective layer that repels water, dirt, light scratches and damage from UV radiation, maintaining the newly painted look for years.
Do you offer a warranty for your services?
Yes, all our services include a warranty. Armor has a 3-year warranty on ballistic materials and 2 years on mechanical components. Anti-assault protection has a 5-year warranty. The Run-Flat system has 2 years or 50,000km, whichever comes first. Antiage paint protection has a 2-year warranty with annual maintenance. All our warranties are transferable with the sale of the vehicle.
